DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

Most properties require a $100 deposit. We will let you know the exact requirements for your specific booking.  In general, we require a $100 deposit at the time the booking is confirmed and full pre-payment 35 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Reservations are normally confirmed within 1 day. At that time, you will be asked to call or fax us and provide this deposit on your Visa or Mastercard credit card.  We must have your signature on file before the lodging voucher can be mailed. CANCELLATION POLICY IS BELOW.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policies vary widely with each property. For many properties the fee is just $100 if canceled more than 4 days before scheduled arrival. However, a few properties have cancellation fees of up to 3 days if canceled less than 30 days before scheduled arrival. You will be advised of the policy for your specific booking.
